How consumers think about and act on energy usage, the smart grid, and associated products and services such as smart meters is examined in “2015 Consumer Voices,” a new study from the Smart Grid Consumer Collaborative. Consumer adaptation of energy efficient and smart grid technologies is a key component of the NYS Reforming the Energy Vision (REV) plan to build a clean, affordable and resilient energy system for New Yorkers.
